Celebrated daddy’s birthday today at Kampachi, Pavilion :)
Tried the beef teppan for the first time and it was really yummy!
Anyway, dad’s officially turning 56 tomorrow and as usual, we spent the night talking about his childhood and reminiscing the past. We had such a good time talking during dinner that the entire conversation lasted for more than an hour!

I’m really thankful and blessed to have such a wonderful and supportive family :)
They’re probably the only people capable of making me laugh and cry any time of the day.

Listening to my dads stories about my second uncle and my grandma makes me a little sad knowing that I’ve missed the opportunity to meet such wonderful and inspirational people.
Makes me wonder how things would be like today if they were both still around :)

Anyway, enough of random thoughts /

I hope you enjoyed the chocolates I got you and the birthday lunch you had earlier this afternoon. Thanks for being such a role model in this family and for constantly loving and supporting me throughout my entire life. You’re an inspiration and I love you unconditionally even though I rarely express it to you. You’ll always be my number 1 person and I’m truly grateful to have you as my dad :)
